Why are we out-of-network, and is it more expensive?

For most people, no. Insurance covers short-term, pain-focused care, usually capped around 12 visits, and it rarely covers the therapies that do the real work, like spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, and focused shockwave therapy. With today's high deductibles, many people pay the full cost out of pocket anyway.

Going out-of-network means no visit limits, no approval delays, and no claims department deciding your care. We get to spend that time with you instead of on paperwork. For a lot of our patients, the cost ends up the same or less than it was with insurance.

What your first visit includes

Your first visit is $97. That covers a real evaluation: a posture and nerve check, an exam, X-rays, and your Spinal Health Score, plus our honest recommendations. You leave knowing exactly where your spine stands and what, if anything, it needs. There is nothing you have to sign up for.

How is care priced after that?

Every program is built around what you actually need, so there is no single sticker price. Most land within a clear range, and we walk you through your exact numbers after your first visit, before anything starts. Our rates begin from standard insurance rates with a 15 to 25% courtesy applied.

You can use your HSA, FSA, or CareCredit, and we hand you a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. For patients who want to protect the progress they have made, we also offer a simple monthly membership with a member courtesy. No surprise bills, ever.

Is a chiropractor more expensive without insurance?
Usually not. With a high-deductible plan you often pay the full cost until you hit the deductible anyway, and insurance only covers short-term, capped care. Out-of-network keeps the price clear and your HSA or FSA in play, and for many of our patients it lands the same or less.
Can I use my HSA, FSA, or CareCredit?
Yes. Every service we offer is HSA and FSA eligible, which is pre-tax money, so it stretches further. We accept CareCredit too, and we give you a superbill so you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement if you would like.
